Responsible for the day to day operations of the GI Lab. Responsibilities include direct supervision of 25+ employees and budget planning/management.

Responsible for the day to day operations of the surgical sterilie processing and central sterile processing departments. These areas support 23 operating rooms and several nursing units. Responsibilities include direct supervision of 30+ employees, budget planning/management, and health system wide consulting for all other processing sites.

*Responsible for the conceptual sale and expansion of OnSite's Instrument Management Program from the end user to executive level within the Mid-America territory (10 states) *Coordinate the complete sales and management life cycle of customer accounts including; lead generation, executive concept presentations, RFP responses, site assessments.

*Ensure proper execution of service agreements, prescribe corrective actions for servicegaps, and throughput of labor and quality control initiatives*Work with sales force to identify areas for service expansion and account retention*Provide intraoperative support to operating room surgeons and nursing staff*Manage day-to-day activities of 4 service.

*Manage schedules, communicate and implement process changes, and execute performanceimprovement plans for service technicians*Provide intraoperative troubleshooting and support to nurses and surgeons in relationto contracted instrumentation*Provide clean, fully functional instrumentation to ensure patient safety and customersatisfaction*Aide operating.
