I control projects for several of our clients, from feasibility through to implementation, and post implementation. My experience is with the logistics and financial aspects of the business. We work to our own methodology that is based off Prince2 and Agile, but modified for us to achieve our goals of providing a quality solution in budget whilst also matching the customers expectations and delivering the required benefit. I am also involved in strategic developments to our Baseline product.From developer through to PM, there is an exposure to a vast array of new technology and fast changing development tools. Our projects are primarily .NET based using Oracle databases, with some legacy software still in use. I have had experience of using IBM MQ, interfacing using XML, interfacing to SAP.I am fully conversant with MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) , SQL Developer

I worked at MFI as a programmer using PDP11 and VAX machines. I designed systems for implementation in both the retail stores and head office departments. This was from initial business analysis, presenting the findings to management and then developing the projects, through to implementation and phased store roll-out. When I left there were some 600 stores the retail software was running at. I also had responsibility of overnight auditing. Some notable projects were interfacing the credit card taking to the banks and cross tallying the records, and creating a mass pricing suite to set prices of goods in the stores.
