I assist in the co-production of design and delivery, of a range of recovery focussed courses and workshops for people who use our services, their supporters and staff. I lead the development of courses and workshops which focus on physical health and wellbeitng which are informed by the NHS Long Term Plan, Public Health England priorities, and Community Transformation. I develop the Recovery & Wellbeing College curriculum to include physical health and wellbeing workshops and courses. I promote self-management and healthy lifestyles for those living with mental and/or physical health conditions. Working alongside services and local communities to understand the needs of the local population. Creating opportunities to coproduce and develop programmes to increase the understanding of the importance of mental and physical wellbeing.

I work as a Technical Instructor in the Occupational Therapy Team based within the North London Forensic Services, currently within rehabilitation Services. I work closely with and support Occupational Therapists as part of the Occupational Therapy team, remaining adaptable to changing needs within the team. Liaising directly with the Occupational Therapy team, MDT, as well as nursing staff based on the unit. I've increased each patient's level of independence and helped them acquire the appropriate life skills as well as providing therapeutic, recreation and leisure opportunities that help improve their quality of life and health and wellbeing. I work autonomously and independently managing my own time effectively.

Assist in delivering nursing care, evaluating care and documenting and reporting changes. this is achieved by Involving patients in their care. I enable them to make choices so that, where possible, they are active participants in the planning and delivery of that care. I actively listen to patients' concerns and worries and work with other colleagues to help alleviate these where possible. I'm motivated and take charge of junior staff if and when required. I observe and report to the nurse in charge any changes in the patient's mental health or physical health condition or other relevant information. I'm involved in overseeing the day-to-day running of designated service and support staff in the delivery of service. Contribute to the service provision and development and maintain effective communication verbal and written.
