#1 - Member of the TDR (Trailer Dock and Release) Team, which consists of the process, with the use of a kindle, to safely secure the trailer to the dock door and dock plate, and to begin loading it. Loading pallets, and carts, using an EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) or hand jack, or using a Zebra scanner for palletizing and finalizing certain pallets or carts, ensuring that all packages are properly scanned, tracked and accounted for, so that we can get everyone’s specific sort or “destination” out by each of their CPTs or Critical Pull Times. Then also using a kindle, we close the trailers out, and prepare them to be connected to and taken, and all this is being done as safely as humanly possible.#2 - Part-time Shipping Clerk – which consists of orchestrating the trailers for shift, choosing which different sorts go to which dock doors, and manage the TDR Team to safely and effectively get the trailers out at their CPT times. It’s a difficult balancing act which takes much practice and time to learn.#3 - Token IT guy for the dock, working with anyone who’s ever had a problem with either their laptop, zebra scanner, kindle, or Zebra printer, etc...#4 - Adhere to Amazon’s strict policies for safety, organization, production, and timeliness to meet and exceed expectations

Teamed successfully with associates on the migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. Interacted globally with overseas IT (Hong Kong, India, Taiwan) on the Exchange migration, as well as any other Exchange related issues. #2 - CA NF Security Project - Responsible for ordering equipment, negotiating vendor contracts, scheduling engineers and equipment delivery. Worked closely with engineers during every aspect of the build; class time with product, running real-time investigations, troubleshooting/maintaining system once in place.#3 - IT Contact/Liaison - Appointed Tommy Hilfiger's personal 24/7 IT contact, as well as several other top level executives needing immediate assistance involving their professional and personal IT needs.#4 - Postini - Anti-Spam Mail Project - Evaluated all potential Anti-Spam vendors to identify the best fit for the company; negotiated pricing and contracts with Postini. Coordinated the transition from the decommissioning of the old spam system to the implementation of Postini.#5 - Federal Investigation (2004-2005) - Served as the main IT contact with the legal team representing TH Corp in the gathering and restoring of data, as needed, in conjunction with the Tommy Hilfiger Corp.
