My job is all about accuracy and detail. It requires precision, finesse andfocus. My day-to-day activities require me to be meticulously organised and self-managed. I have aninherent eye for detail and can execute the tasks confidently proving my intuitive competence andcapability.I manage my time carefully and continuously deliver the highest rated results while making sure thosearound me have the tools, knowledge and motivation to exceed their own objectives. I use my opticaltraining to assist my colleagues in technical issues and I train apprentices and new starters and supportthem in their development.As the lab operations supervisor I keep staff focused, stress free and happy, whilst maintaining an open andpleasant working environment.Being responsible for the whole department, I'm the main port of call for store manager and directors andI'm always willing to stay behind or start early if need be. I am passionate about learning and experiencing new things andengaging mindfulness.Finally, I'm more than happy to commute when required, I have a full driving license and car.
