Jon counsels government contractors and subcontractors on a range of legal matters related to government business. He regularly litigates matters before the Government Accountability Office and federal courts, including bid protests and other commercial litigation. Jon also conducts internal investigations involving allegations of contractor fraud or abuse in conjunction with Department of Justice and Inspector General subpoenas, suspension and debarment proceedings and employee whistleblower claims.Areas of particular practice focus include bid protests; organizational conflicts of interest; internal investigations; False Claims Act and qui tam matters.
