I am a Global Operational Lead in Quality Management and Safety Implementation supporting our Seed Product Development function in these areas. In this role I apply my skills and experience in operational efficiency, continuous improvement and safe work practices in the ag research setting to help the organization function efficiently. In my role I interact with Safety support staff, Quality support staff and Field researchers to help all groups work together to provide a safe, efficient work environment that produces high quality data and products.Prior to my current role I was a dedicated Site Leader with 15 years of experience handling the demands of a seed product development research center. During my time leading multiple sites, I have always pursued continuous improvement using quality management systems. I interact with a vast array of people including cooperators/customers, sales staff, breeding scientists, regional leads, regulatory staff, safety staff, government officials and contractor/vendors to ensure the site is fulfilling all its goals, producing high quality data and germplasm and meeting our obligations to our customers and the community, along with supporting Regional and Global objectives as well.
