Vice President; Design, Purchasing, and Estimating Direct all design, estimating, and purchasing functions of a large residential construction company doing over $100 million of business throughout the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Lead and develop staff in Columbia, Charleston, Raleigh, and Savannah to accomplish all preconstruction activities. Direct all product design, review construction budgets, create and price all product options, and negotiate with major vendors. Managed the design, estimating, and purchasing functions of a large residential construction company building 250 - 300 homes annually. Led a staff of five in accomplishing all preconstruction activities. Set and reviewed construction budgets, and negotiated all material purchases.

Supervised the construction of single family homes ranging in size from 1050 to 2400 square feet. Responsible for all aspects of construction process, including satisfying customers, recruiting and supervising subcontractors, and coordinating with vendors. Created company's first Homeowner Orientation Program to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Held a variety of leadership positions leading and training groups ranging in size from 30 to 120 soldiers. Served in locations both in the United States and the Republic of Korea.
