- Responsible for leading a team of technicians and overseeing timesheet management, goal initiatives, and workload distribution through incident and request tickets.- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures through manual configuration, installation of patches, or the application of scripts to protect data, software, and hardware. - Assist network and systems security personnel in IA incident response, including close coordination with the Theater IAM for all IA related tasks. - Maintain all servers within the configuration baselines and all STIGs, and accurately configure and apply patches to all systems. - Address and complete Customer Service Request (Move/Add/Changes) and Incident ticket within service level agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Perform system and database administration to ensure optimal network performance, maintain the network security posture, and minimize customer service interruptions.

- Provide dedicated Tier 3 Functional Customer Support that shall liaise between current Cadet Command Directorates, field offices, and service providers and provide onsite, remotely, over the phone and/or via email Tier 3 Application help desk support for all current and future Cadet Command applications.- Provide technical analysis of Information Technology (IT) Purchase Requests.Support technical analyses of current and future Information Technology (IT) Purchase Requests to ensure compatibility with established government specifications.- Monitor support ticketing and reporting systems; report trends of degraded services and support to MAM and G6 leadership.- Support the analysis of the IT/IM architecture impacting dynamic network access and services to USACC soldiers, civilians, contractors, and partners at all USACC locations.- Conduct analysis, refinement and modernization of USACC IT/IM system(s) that support Command and Control, education/training, and distribution and delivery.- User Account management.- Classroom support to School of Cadet Command (SOCC, JSOCC, CULP)- Monitoring and tracking C4IM training and compliance.- Update and maintain software application roles and account access.- Coordinated actions to resolve cyber‐attacks/incidents on command assets with external and subordinate organizations.- Provide physical support and troubleshooting with individual users; for users geographically separated from the immediate area, support shall involve working with the user, other BDE IMO(s), university or high school IT personnel, and possibly providing additional support to the BDE's when required.- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with team personnel, and high ranking military superiors.

- Provide network technical advice and assistance during the planning phase of a deployment or exercise and coordinate swift solutions to networking problems during the execution phase. - Provide direct computer and network support to include router, firewall, Intrusion Detection Systems/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Domain Name System (DNS), Active Directory (AD) and Exchange, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting to USMC deployed units. - Assist in the development and execution of Information Assurance (IA) training for deployed units.- Provide direct support to the D-30 process. - Support operational requirements for the operational environment; assist with identifying required Hardware (HW) and Software (SW); submit personnel foreign country clearance requests and obtain necessary visas; document the result of the deployment in a Government-provided template with input and conduct a post-deployment review with the Government; coordinate return of any unused and reusable equipment to stock; coordinate the transportation of all HW and SW required to support contingency operations and obtain all import permits. Experience providing deployed support.
