Airborne Sensor Operator / Technician

• Provide airborne, All-Hazard (AH) incident intelligence and assessment as an Airborne Sensor Operator (ASO) in support of Fire Integrated Real-Time Intelligence Systems (FIRIS), Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA).
• Aircrew member on Super King Air B200 operating a multi-sensor suite in support of Air Attack / Initial Attack and Extended Attack Response.
• System technician performing maintenance on all mission equipment to include ViaSat SATCOM system, sensors, sensor controllers, workstation components and integration system within the aircraft.

Afghanistan

Operate Sandia National Laboratory produced Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) system on the RQ-5 Hunter UAS, monitoring system health, and collaborating with engineers on any field maintenance requirements. Apply knowledge and comprehension of radar modes, collection profiles, and SAR phenomenology to the ground order of battle and terrain to produce radar.
