Operate Star SAFIRE FLiR 380HDc and Overwatch TK-9 Earthwatch payload to create real-time intelligence and Incident Awareness and Assessment (IAA) for AH incidents to include wildland fire, landslides, Digital Elevation Measurements (DEM), maritime fires/incidents, aqueduct damage, flooding, large scale structure fires, lightning strike surveillance, rail transport incidents, chemical leak, Search And Rescue (SAR), and evacuation considerations/implementation.Produce reports, mapping and assessments based on real-time intelligence in the form of studies, incident locations, perimeters, ESRI shape files, damage assessment, livestream Full Motion Video (FMV), recorded video, and other informal products for dissemination to a community of interest or the AH intelligence community. Assist WIFIRE lab at UC San Diego in AH knowledge to create real-time dynamic predicative wildfire modeling and area of effect projections. Direct emergency response units into tactically advantageous positions to suppress fire Rate of Spread (RoS) and protect threatened structures. Provide feedback and analyses of aerial wildfire fire retardant and suppressant deployments.● Aircrew member on Super King Air B200 operating a multi-sensor suite in support of Air Attack / Initial Attack and Extended Attack Response.● System technician performing maintenance on all mission equipment to include ViaSat SATCOM system, sensors, sensor controllers, workstation components and integration system within the aircraft.

Manage and ensure mission dataflow from sensor to ROC to Contiguous United States (CONUS) archive. Apply working knowledge radar components, ROC and aircraft systems are integrated into a fully capable Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) system. Coordinate with the CONUS engineering team for advanced system checkout and troubleshooting as required. Build flight plans for specified SAR systems by producing waypoints and command data for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), and producing flight plan data for the SAR system. Utilize data transfer protocols to ensure data from Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) is transmitted back to the CONUS support team and provide network troubleshooting of the satellite data transfer system. Analyze and interpret extremely highresolution finer than six inches SAR imagery and Coherent Change Detection (CCD) products in near real time to locate targets of interest. Operate i2 Tech i200 series E/O – IR FMV payload on the RQ-23(A) in support of Coalition Route Clearance Patrols and generalized base defense surveillance procedures. Manage two geographically separated Operational Detachments of 50+ personnel. Interface with Supported Units via presentations and synchronization meetings to effectively implement our capability to meet ground commander’s intentions.
