Jon Camp is a Sr. Associate Director, Donor Relations at The Humane League at The Humane League. Colleagues describe him as "Jon is an inspiration to many including me. Now I know I am biased as his brother, but fortunately I have gotten to see him at work in action. I have been a vegetarian for 21+ years and counting. That would not be the case if I was not inspired by Jon's passion as an animal rights advocate and activist. I have had the opportunity to leaflet with him on several instances at a couple different colleges watching him interact with thousands of the what turned out to be over a million college students and educators that he enlightened. His excitement while talking about what he loves is fun to watch. I also have enjoyed watching him talk to various animal rights groups either via videoconference and/or in person. He is prepared, enthusiastic and engages his audience talking about a topic that means so much to him- making a difference for animals. His accomplishments working at Pangea, Vegan Outreach and Humane League and in being inducted into the Annual Rights Hall of Fame speak volumes anyways. However, I wanted to share how this individual that I am proud to call brother, friend and inspiration has influenced me. Any animal rights organization is fortunate to have someone like Jon working for them, meeting with their donors, interacting with his teammates and getting more animal rights activists jazzed about what they are doing."
