Started in the paper mill industry for many years travelling around Ontario repairing and troubleshooting equipment then moved to the corrugating industry where I have been a maintenance manger for many years with large companies and smaller companies. I pride myself in hard work and finding new ways to run a maintenance department. Safety has always been number one with doing a plant wide PSR making a safe work environment for employees. Continuous improvement is always what I strive for and was able to increase the flow of current plant by a unknown number because we have reached it. This allows for more through out and more efficient production. Love what I do and look forward to the daily challenges that present themselves. Never mind I’m excited to go to work everyday to solve any issues.
