Spearheaded planning of 104 personnel participation in international collaboration event involving 36 countries hosted in Bangladesh, requiring coordination with Southeast Asian delegates and representatives.

Implemented electrical safety training for 320 shipboard personnel, while adhering to OSHA safety standards and regulations. Led projects for repairs in major shipboard electrical systems, including Gas Turbine Generators, across multiple internal departments and external agencies. Achieved highest score in 2020 during INSURV inspection, a rigorous inspection on all shipboard electrical equipment and 100% in electrical safety. - Qualified as Gas Turbine Engineering Plant Watch Supervisor (EOOW): Directed a team of 7 on-shift engineering technicians to operate entire shipboard engineering plant and make time-critical decisions to respond to equipment malfunctions.

Directed cleaning and preservation of weather decks, ship's exterior, running gear, ground tackle, flight deck equipment, and boatswain's stores. - Qualified as At-Sea Officer of the Deck (OOD): Directed a navigation team of 12 personnel in making time-critical decisions to achieve safe navigation of $1.9B U.S. Destroyer through heavily trafficked foreign shipping lanes and tactical U.S. Defense operations. - Qualified as Surface Warfare Officer (SWO): Comprehensive qualification demonstrating proficiency in all naval shipboard warfare and tactics, operations, and training. Designated by Commanding Officer after extensive oral board interview process to wear SWO warfare pin on military uniform.
