Leadership to me means- a coach that always listens, a manager that cheers on the wins, a person that redirects the challenges, and a human to celebrate moving ahead. My leadership began in the Iand of Aloha, Hawai'i nei. Hospitality to Hawaii is everything which dug into my roots. Understanding what makes people smile and feel welcome is what i know as the oldest of a large family and a longtime hospitality professional.
