Programme Director for the DSALT facility based in the Air Battle-space Training Centre at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire; which each year provides 44 weeks of specialist synthetic training to HQ-level fire planning cells and fire support teams, plus the RAF pilots who will operate alongside them when deployed.6 Weeks of applied research is also scheduled as are periods of equipment enhancement that ensure the facility remains completely aligned with current techniques and in-Theatre equipments.To quote a recent MOD report: "The technology provided allows the ABTC staffs to deliver training that realistically simulates actual engagement situations, that until now troops and pilots probably only experienced in actual operations. This helps ensure our forces are better trained, minimizing the risks to both them and civilians in complex urban environments like Iraq and Afghanistan."

Devised and managed the inaugural International Youth Day for the Farnborough Air Show. This entailed engagement with a wide range of education and company stakeholders across the UK in selecting 1,500 children to attend the day; arranging a series of guest speakers and presentations; support from the aerospace companies present at the air show; and the timetabling of the day itself once all were on site.
