We live in a world where change is a constant, bringing with it disruptions to our lives and businesses. My purpose is to bring agility to everything that I do; adapting to, responding to, and ultimately shaping the changes that we are experiencing. I am a strategic digital transformation leader who leads change from the front, whilst developing and inspiring teams to deliver. I naturally combine a love of innovation with a strong drive for results; my roles have continuously increased in scope and responsibility in recognition of this. In my current role I have led the transformation of Mars’ Digital Workplace, subsequently taking on the responsibility of technology leadership for all Mars Corporate functions. I created a new division to drive the introduction of next generation technologies such as machine learning, advanced analytics, block-chain, and virtual/augmented reality to solve challenging business problems. Most recently I took on responsibility for digital demand, leading strategy and execution for digital commerce, digital marketing, and direct to consumer capabilities.
