Responsible for managing the operation of the high performance computing (HPC) facility used in faculty research in twenty-one academic departments within the Schools of Arts and Science, Engineering, and Medicine. The HPC facility incorporated over 850 processing cores, over 1.6 TB of distributed memory, and 21 TB of shared cluster storage as of November 2009. Tripled the processing and storage capacity of the HPC facility in 2007-2008. Increased the processing capacity 85% in 2008-2009.
