Lead the day to day running of the Creative Production team at Selfridges; achieve creative solutions for in-store and out-of-home production touchpoints. Manage and maintain the various departmental budgets and oversee the purchase order process. Direct the in-house production of point-of-sale ticketing, digital/printed collateral and manage the graphic production of creative schemes and calendar events.People managing all of the Production teams at Selfridges, ensure delivery of work on time for implementation.Signage & Branding Studio - 3 team members Oversees production of in-house vinyl requests, scheme graphics and printed wayfinding solutions in London and regional stores; work with external contractors on acrylic and illuminated signs.Ticketing Studio - 2 team members Responsible for the in-house production of all ticketing and printed collateral across the shopfloor, BOH and regional stores. This includes calendar schemes, Project Earth ticketing and Restaurant menus. Print Production - 2 team membersManages graphic production of creative schemes and calendar events, including budgets, timelines and installation / agree timelines / manage the various budgets / focus on sustainable materials.Packaging Production - 1 team member Manages packaging production for Selfridges Selection / Own label products, Beauty Advent & Kits. Works with Creative & Food / Beauty B&M to develop, specify & sample items. Quote, schedule, proof, press pass and deliver items to suppliers for launch.Ownership of the Creative team budget and managing the expenditure of departmental budgets up to £1M.Working with agencies and external contacts to build Selfridges’ creative reputation through innovative, exceptional quality and highly creative production solutions.Collaborating with Directors and Senior Leads to develop timelines, evolve the business strategy and processes for future projects.Day-to-day support of juniors/middle-weight Graphic and Digital Designers.

Oversee the in-store Print Production, Advertising and Ticketing production process to given budgets and timelines. Deliver exceptional quality print work and reprographics to enhance the Selfridges experience in line with the marketing strategy, fulfilling Selfridges’ brand values and business objectives.Working closely with external suppliers to achieve creative solutions to in-store and out-of-home production touch-points.Project management of the print production process from inception to delivery including, client liaison, artwork proofing, wet proofing, print quality and delivery.Gathering competitive quotes for all print work and working within budgets.Colour proofing all print jobs with particular emphasis on Selfridges’ corporate yellow (109C) and to pass print work on press when needed.Managing the purchase order process for print and repographics, ensuring all suppliers receive a purchase order in line with budgets, before work commences.Working with Leadership Team to develop timelines for projects and agreeing deadlines.People managing part of the Production teams at Selfridges, ensure delivery of work on time for internal and external implementation.Ticketing Studio - 2 team members – as per Senior Production Manager role.Print Production - 2 team members – as per Senior Production Manager role.Advertising - 1 team memberEnsures all advertising repographic work delivers to deadlines and budgets. Supporting the Head of Graphics and Production Manager through creative admin support and production.Liaise with external suppliers to obtain production quotes ensuring excellent quality and value.Raising Purchase Orders on the PO system and ensure that all PO’s are done on time and to the estimate that was signed off using the correct cost code.Completing the internal payroll system once a week.Supporting the Head of Graphics in the weekly Work in Progress meeting, updating work sheets and traffic management schedules.Working closely on studio management – keeping it organised and tidy with easy to find reference points. Filing copies of all work produced into the studio reference file database.

Supporting the Head of Graphics through diary management and admin support.Assisting the Print Production Coordinator through admin and support.Primary contact for coordination on behalf of the Head of GraphicsWorking alongside the Creative team to ensure the correct filing of all project collateral. Working closely on studio management – keeping it organised with easy to find reference points.Making a studio stationery order when needed.Updating the Work in Progress schedule sheets on a weekly basis.Ensuring that all campaigns/in store graphics are photographed and stored on Graphics server.
