Mr. Cluff has been involved in the land development and construction and planning industry for over 30 yrs. He has held several positions within the industry. He has been involved in small and large projects that include managing partnering, design and construction of $500–$850M capital investments. The largest project included local jurisdiction coordination, planning, design, environmental management, construction, budget/schedules, property acquisition, and occupancy.
