Working with the Royal Institution of Great Britain I developed a series of masterclasses for school year 9 students on the topic of acoustics. The masterclass workshops are a blend of practical and theoretical learning that students undertake on Saturday mornings. Working for the CEO, my assignment was to construct an engineering business stream, integrate 2 existing businesses and acquire a third based in a new market segment. I oversaw the insourcing of work between the businesses helping diversify the fabrication business into defence.
