My remit is as follows:- Supply Chain Sustainability- Leading the Early-in-Career strategy for the Logistics function, including implementation of our first Apprenticeship Programme- Providing leadership to deliver a number of supply chain initiativesJoined TJX in 1997 as Merchandiser / Planning Manager for Womenswear. I moved into Distribution Services in July 2016 after 19 years in Merchandising, where I worked in all product divisions across Apparel, Activewear, Shoes, Accessories and Home. I also helped to set up a Store Trading function.In my time in Distribution, my remit has included Distribution Planning, Buyer/Vendor Support and Inbound Logistics.Prior to TJX, 7 years' experience in retail Merchandising, working at River Island, Blazer plc, Olympus Sport and Shoe City.
