The business began over 20 years ago as a result of purchasing a standard 3 bed residential property and converting it to a 6 bed HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupation). The return on investment through rental income and rising house prices was significant and provided the financial base to grow and build a quality portfolio of HMO and standard residential properties through buy-to-let. Landlords recognising my ability to source, develop and manage properties led to a demand for my services. As a result, LETCOM was formed in 1999. As a MARLA qualified consultant I am able to help with most legal residential letting matters.
