Our coating material has a 40 plus year history of preventing microbial growth in hospitals and hospital fabrics. The antimicrobial has been applied within weight rooms and blended into the fabric used to manufacture Nike running shoes. Quite simply our service both eliminates existing mold and prevents mold from developing in the future. When building in Florida, it is virtually impossible to prevent water intrusion before the structure is dried in, we are the solution to a builder’s mold concerns.How: Upon arrival at your construction site, our technicians inspect the entire structure and clean any visible mold. We then apply our antimicrobial coating to all wood framing. Our technicians use foggers/misters that can reach heights of 35 feet. With this type of firepower, we can usually apply our coating in less than an hour’s time to an average sized home. We try to work after hours or weekends to avoid disrupting your construction process.How Much? Price varies depending on the service chosen by the potential client.
