-Started as a ground hand -Moved into an operator/apprentice lineman. -Tasks varied from getting all the supplies together at the yard that we were going to need for the job. Getting the pole all put together (ground, cross arm, insulators, drill the poles out) and ready to set. -Set poles in hot primary and would help the lineman put all the lines on the new poles.
