The Account Technology Strategist (ATS) is a high profile, customer-facing role that is the primary technical face and orchestration point for customers. I work closely with a wider account team to define and execute account strategies.I'm responsible for helping develop and progress customer account technology vision and strategy to support the overall.

I'm lucky enough to have got onto the Microsoft graduate scheme, known as the MACH scheme. My role is a Technical Account Manager.In this role I am the point of contact for one or more customer who has taken out Microsoft Premier Support. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and their wider teams is key in this role.I then work with.

During this role I was responsible for the delivery of effective communication to the UK Services business. I was responsible for managing the Services awards programme, writing two weekly newsletters (read by 300+ individuals) and developing and managing the Services intranet. I also helped organising numerous events.

My employment was primarily as a member of bar staff. However, I was asked to create, promote and run a new event on a Friday at one of the SU bars.

I was resposible for all waitering and bar staff. I had to maintain communication between kitchen and front of house and was the main point of contact for customers.
