Based at Hilton Hotels UK Head Offices I was responsible for the mechanical and electrical running of the building along with air conditioning, plumbing and played a key part in project managing the building’s 2019 refurbishment. General duties included organising sub-contractors, quotations for specialist services, controlling the Building Maintenance System, responding to and effectively dealing with any issues. Managing the Janus security and CCTV systems, conference presentation set up, routine inspections of the building and equipment as well as maintenance of air conditioning, gym equipment, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing etc. Undertaking Health & Safety risk assessments and ensuring compliance.

Responsible for all aspects of work from servicing and maintenance to installations for both commercial and domestic properties, handling all makes and sizes of air conditioning and refrigeration units varying from Sanyo to Daikin (split and twin systems). I also have a full working knowledge of bigger systems such as walk-in chillers and VRV

Responsible for the manufacture, maintenance and repair of all press tools, jigs and fixtures used in the facility. Traditional toolmaking skills together using CNC machining and Wire Erosion equipment and using CAD
