Team lead and on-site manager for residential and commercial concrete coatings company

Jones Group is an Insurance agency with 9 branches throughout the state of Nebraska. My job as an agent is to prospect potential clients and seek out leads. I was then to solicit their business and write or rewrite their insurance policies while ensuring proper and full coverage. Once the policy is written I do my best to maintain a good relationship with the client and to seek out referrals.
