Love problem solving, and seeing how to optimize processes so that they are easier to deploy. I enjoy automating things so that a problem that it frees up time to work directly with clients (clients should always be a focus in my book). when working with team members I like to get any possible issues that may arise from any action plan, so that way we can properly prepare for actions that may have to be taken. I have worked in technical support to on site co-ordination, and have worked solo and in groups, following company standards to provide the customer the best experiance.
