The global turnover of the Forks Business Unit is >$35M. Key focus was to profitably increase volume and to achieve our ‘fair share’ of the global market. Sponsored a ‘Perfect Execution’ project to drive this which has been identified as an example of ‘best practice’ of a ‘mile deep’ project within the Rosemount organisation. Drove a transformational change in the design and manufacture of the vibrating fork to reduce complexity by reducing the number of part numbers required to manufacture the entire product portfolio. The benefits include: improve the S&OP process; simplifying production processes; late customisation supporting short lead-times; designing in/improving quality; automation/autonomation and supporting fast implementation of new product options. This will be implemented globally to support GP expansion and growth.

Promoted to Operations Director for Rosemount production where my responsibilities expanded to include Quality, Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, Shipping/Logistics, Health & Safety and Global Distribution along with all the key business metrics associated with these functions. Part of the RML Executive Team driving the business forward on a tactical, day to day basis and strategic direction.
