Product Profitability - creating a database which provides a view of the profit accrued for each unit sold. Off the back of this, creating regular reporting on the profit per unit by various breakdowns for directors and also to improve the buying and planning process for the entire retail team. This created the deepest and widest view of profit that the business currently has with the objective of improving the profitability of the business.2. PLA optimisation - created a database which broke every product down by various metrics to create groups to limit the products sent to Google to only products with high performance in order to increase return on investment3. Graduate project which enabled us to present to the Executive Directors. This was very well received and a great opportunity to improve presentation skills and present to high level individuals.4. Various customer profiling projects which has created a proficiency in using customer data5. Customer & Basket Analysis Tool - created the back-end SQL script for a tool which was created for the retail team of around 700 peopleSoftware used: SQL, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Python (intro), Excel, PowerPoint, Global Data, ComScore, Financial Analyses (Variance & Price Mix)
