  I am a retired Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) legal investigator and supervisor with 25 years’ experience in PG&E’s Law Department. I have a wealth of experience in various tort actions, and all aspects of investigation and litigation. I was PG&E’s lead investigator on the Camp Fire in 2018, the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California history.In addition to managing investigations on hundreds of fires, I have handled numerous lawsuits involving such tort actions as explosions, landslides, floods, electrical damages and injuries, automotive and equipment related incidents, premise liability, environmental and safety incidents, aircraft crashes, gas and electric outages, construction defects, slip/trip and fall, etc.My extensive litigation experience includes most all aspects of tort litigation; including interrogatories, document production requests and review, deposition preparation and review, evidence inspections, managing site investigations with counsel and various experts, and negotiating lawsuit settlements.
