In a continuation of my previous position I was initially involved in a lot of the work required by the merger. Eventually, my role became more focused on the products that were core to our lines of business while managing the engineering, security, and end user support teams. In addition, I also continued to provide implementation help and training for one of our lines of business.

Regroup operates at the intersection of healthcare and technology. This multi-award winning company provides telepsychiatry and other telemental health services - across the USA. Initially focused on the deployment of new clinicians, onboarding of new partners, developing training materials, procuring hardware, and providing support for clinicians, partners, and employees. From there, my responsibilities grew into eventually leading our IT team and owning all facets of the IT department including product, security, and infrastructure.

Responsible for directly managing all production resources, effectively allocating the proper teams and resources to ensure that that every course NogginLabs produces is a high­-quality learning solution that meets clients’ needs while delivering on-time and on budget. Worked closely with the Founder & CEO to advance the company’s strategic focus while utilizing my technical expertise and project management experience to maximize the quality of our workflow processes.
