About Jon Davidge

After 20 years executive experience in leadership positions in publishing and media industries alongside tutoring role at Leadership Trust, I have devoted my career full time to coaching & mentoring leaders, supervising coaches and facilitating leadership development / organisation development programmes.Working with clients in the public sector (NHS, Education, Governmental), the private sector (publishing, pharmaceuticals, insurance, IT and financial services) both at home and overseas (Middle East, Far East, Indian Sub Continent and in many countries of the EU).The point of all of this? My motivation is well described by the explorer, Pen Hadow...“I’m electrified by the prospect of being able to do what I feel I was put on this earth to do – to fire up and support people who want to make the most of their talent”. Equally, I have a deep personal conviction that work itself can and should be a source of fulfilment and meaning; when it isn't (check your 'engagement' numbers), there's plenty that can readily be done.
