I am a hard working, adaptable and conscientious employee who understands the importance of a strong team work ethic. Working for an organisation that has benefited from a comprehensive programme of Vanguard Systems thinking, which enables a fully customer-centric and a collaborative working environment, which leads to high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, my section completed a DISC psychoanalytical training programme for building high performing teams, enhancing our understanding of behavioural patterns within the team, and improving self-awareness and communication with fellow employees.Over 25 years of ICT experience, which has seen many fundamental changes in that time. A wide range of ICT experience, ranging from changing a mouse and keyboard for an end user, to being an administrator of Microsoft SCCM, Group Policy and Intune.
