We welcomed nonprofit groups' staff, board, and leadership development retreats at our facility. We ran a renowned from scratch foodservice operation with a farm-to-chef's kitchen. Our repeat rate for groups that meet annually was essentially 100%. Key staff turnover almost non-existent.
