*Designed, implemented and executed Subject Control and Unarmed Self Defense for more than 50 security and non-security personnel*Provided direct leadership to security supervisors including performance management, yearly evaluations and on the job training / coaching*Served as escalation point for high risk security situations within the facility*Oversaw all day to day operations of the security staff including completion ofsecurity rounds/searches, population counts, disposal of contraband, urine screens,transports, daily documentation and, most recently, implementation of COVID protocols*Additional responsibilities included execution and oversight of emergency drills,maintaining Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and partnering with local law enforcement for the organization of canine searches within the facility and extraction, when necessary
