Negotiated global technology contracts with external Customers & suppliers, including terms and SLA. Managed the project managment for implementation. Maintained relationships with Customers and suppliers following implementation. - Led the technology merger and separation of multiple global acquisitions and divestitures, including consolidation of data centers and rationalization of applications and suppliers. Participated in the due diligence analysis regarding acquisition assessments. - Developed strategy, design and business case to consolidate distribued data centers into 4 active-active sites, including data replication, high availability & disaster recovery. Developed global infrastructure strategy and design to consolidate servers and support to increase redundancy and reduce server cost by 35%. Designed global network strategy to consolidate diverse telecom network into three providers to improve resiliency and save $5m per year. - Steadily increased application availability from 99.780% to 99.965% over a six year period. This represents an 85% reduction in downtime. Received SAS 70 Level II, ISO 27001 and Safe Harbour certification for security and controls compliance. - Managed North America application development, including release management, Mercury testing tools, QA, UAT, and defect tracking.

Managed twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week multi-mainframe data center, including computer operations, systems support, communications, scheduling and disaster recovery.
