How it started: Apprenticeship in the printing industry, 1995How it’s going: CEO & Founder of over 10 successful companies, 2024My entrepreneurial journey is a wild one. Each day, I wake up driven to surpass the achievements of the previous day, though the path is often challenging.I have seen the establishment and management of several successful ventures, including a fashion label, construction company, property investment portfolio & holiday let management company. I oversaw all aspects of the business, from operations to sales to maintenance. Since launching Vantage Point Home Improvements Ltd (VPHI) in 2012, I have successfully spearheaded numerous property projects. Business flourished, but after years of working on client projects or selling them to the highest bidder, I sought to do something more with the beautiful renovations VPHI was creating. This led to the founding of Sea Breeze Property Services Ltd in 2015.With Sea Breeze Property Services Ltd, my entrepreneurial journey reached new heights. We managed a newly developed 8-unit aparthotel from VPHI and secured contracts with individual clients and holiday let owners. Today, we are approaching the management of nearly 100 holiday let units.Through my experience in property and holiday let management, I highlighted the need for better service from cleaners and launderettes. In response, I established two new companies to address these needs, ensuring everything we do is managed in-house. This unique business model sets us apart in the industry.Passionate about business and committed to excellence, I thrive on challenges and am always seeking new opportunities to innovate; typically within the property sector. My creativity and artistic vision, combined with a goal-driven and determined mindset, have always fuelled my ambition to achieve success in every endeavour.I take pride in mentoring others whilst I deliver outstanding property investment and development solutions. Sharing my knowledge and experience to help others succeed in their own ventures is my long-term personal goal.I am a dedicated father to my 2 beautiful children & loyal husband to my incredible wife.
