CurrentAsset Management • Monthly and Quarterly financial review and analysis • Compare financial performance to underwriting and operating budgets. • Model full lifecycle financial analysis for projects/assets in the portfolio. • Track and monitor cash positions for each asset/portfolio• Draft monthly and quarterly investor reports. • Assist with the development and analysis of annual operating budgets.• Loan covenant compliance and trackingAcquisitions • Prepare market and initial site analysis, including trends, competition reports, and general site information. • Review/apply NIC data, KPIs and current data from existing assets to underwriting metrics and improve accuracy. • Review financial model efficiencies (closing costs, inputs on payroll, insurance, real estate taxes etc.) • Assist with Market analysis, competitor information, and demographic research on new acquisitions. • Assist in preparation of investor packages, capital request summaries, and offering memorandums.
