· Continuously progressed own knowledge and understanding for conducting Scheduled, Unscheduled and Phase Maintenance on multiple UH-60 Alpha, Lima and Mike Model Helicopters while ensuring accountability and serviceability of all equipment valued at over $1.9 million. Dedicated aircraft maintenance trainer to his company's personnel; contributions enabled the flight company's to accumulate over 2,445 accident free flight hours. Led seven Corrosion Control Inspections (CCI); completing all within the commands standard of two days. Served as a Phase Team Leader on HH-60M Phase Inspections due to maintenance abilities, management skills and technical knowledge of the Blackhawk helicopter. Led a three man Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) in combat for two UH-60L's, all repairs where completed quickly, efficiently and without incident and supervised port operations with a team of 15 personnel in the rapid buildup and preparation of 12 aircraft for shipment to home station in one week.
