Monitor the progress of all aspects of regional induction and basic training, liaising with colleagues and line managers to ensure completion in line with national deadlines.Support line managers and colleagues to rectify problems or issues with training in a timely and professional manner.Analyse Talent KPIs, identify trends and proactively liaise with key stakeholders to improve regional results.Identify gaps in training processes and support with implementing agreed changes.Support with the onboarding process, including presenting information to new starters at Welcome Events.Conduct store/department visits, together with or on behalf of the RTM to provide support, obtain feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our colleague training experience.Support the Regional Talent Manager in daily business and projects including Talent Cycle and Emerging Talent Programmes.
