• Performed literature review for methods of estimating material properties for Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs). Carried out flexural tests for composite metal panels with insulation to ASTM E72 specifications.• Wrote scripts utilizing SymPy, Pandas, and xlwings libraries to analyze beams for deflection, shear,moment, and slope under all ultimate and service load combinations.• Quickly cleaned and transformed test data from csv and xlsx files with Pandas.• Assisted clients with and developed Excel sheets for estimating project or bid materials and costs.• Developed dynamic 3D models and Revit Families for precast parts such as lifting hooks, connection plates, wire girders, and pre-stressed strands, panel miters. As well as 2D Families for intelligent standard details.• Designed Revit project templates, custom families, and workflow for production of precast buildingplans, panel manufacturing drawings, and automated material and parts schedules.• Designed 130 ft Warren Truss for manufacturing plant with Risa 2D. Produced truss cut list and shop drawings in AutoCAD.• Drafted accurate and clear building plans, elevations, and construction details for commercial andresidential projects ranging from steel bin towers, residential timber duplexes, precast and cast-in-place concrete construction.• Translated 2D drawings and specifications into a complete 3D Building Information Model (BIM) for the purpose of estimating, engineering, and construction planning.• Managed drawing sets and model libraries; updated and consolidated changes as they occur.• Audited precast manufacturing plant routinely to ensure product traceability protocols are followed and materials are being stored in accordance with standards.• Conducted field inspections to ensure production meets drawing guidelines, specifications, and other regulations.
