Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 101, Mcas Miramar, San Diego, Ca

Marine Aircraft Group Eleven, Mcas Miramar, San Diego, Ca

 Lead F/A-18 Hornet Flight Instructor and Program Manager for the Advanced Air to Air Tactics Program among all six, fleet Marine F/A-18 Squadrons on the West coast.  Supervised all ground and flight operations, administration and logistics and championed continuous improvement projects and initiatives through leadership, direction and mentorship.  Generated hundreds of advanced tactics sorties and operations to certify and train fleet aircrew for combat deployments. Routinely coordinated with staff at TOPGUN and MAWTS ONE as well as the test and development community at China Lake to refine program organizational structure and composition, set performance standards and develop talent.

24Th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable), Camp Lejeune, Nc

 Detachment Commander/Officer in Charge of an expeditionary team made up of officers and experienced enlisted personnel.  Tasked and trained to provide supporting arms coordination and terminal weapon control in overt and clandestine hostile conditions all over the world.  On site, small unit support provided to conventional and unconventional forces among U.S., Allied, and Coalition partners in the CENTCOM and EUCOM areas of operation.  Deployed with U.S. Army 3D Special Forces Group and Navy Special Warfare Group 2.  Certified Marine Forward Air Controller with extensive training and execution in the fields of small arms, advanced communication, remote target designation, para-operations, mountaineering/mountain warfare, patrolling and amphibious reconnaissance.  Organized and led real world operations in hostile-combat zones in and around Mogadishu, Somalia.
