An experienced Residential Property Manager with 10 years maintaining and managing and growing a rent role (currently 220 properties under management, with one assistant).Someone focused on providing excellent personalized service, with very hands on approach, assuming total responsibility and accountability in this role.With the Property Management experience and other skill sets gained in the Construction Industry and in Commercial/Retail Sales, I am looking to broaden my skills further and investigate new challenges in an allied, and perhaps more goal orientated role.
