· Recently transferred to Suwanee, Georgia plant as a Production Supervisor.

· Promoted to Production Supervisor in July 2021 based on continued growth and initiative.· Oversees operation of automatic machinery, such as rounding, curling, icing, slicing, and wrapping machines to ensure maintenance of specified quality standards and production schedules.· Duties include SAP system, quality control, creating shift schedules, food safety, checking temps and formulas, scheduling run orders, creating/reviewing writeups for submission to HR, truing up time in Kronos, mentoring new supervisors, overseeing training for new operators and shift leads, and planning for shift production and safety meetings.

· Promoted to Shift Lead in September 2020 based on knowledge, skill, and work ethic.· Duties included increased responsibility for shift end reports, shift schedules, coordinating maintenance activities, and communication with other shifts to resolve issues.· Spent time on the floor overseeing work, documenting safety observations, and relieving operators when needed.

· Hired on as a full time machine operator.· Duties included servicing and cleaning of machine, quality control, and general cleanup.· Reads charts of fermentation room and ovens to verify specified humidity and temperature.· Sets up and adjusts wrapping and slicing machines.· Took the initiative to learn other equipment beyond primary assigned work area and was promoted to break man (relief) in July 2020. Duties included breaking out operators for breaks/lunch and filling in for absent employees. Also oversaw training for new operators.

· Hired through personnel outsource services for help with cleanup and assisting equipment operators.· Duties included sweeping, helping the oven operator rack off hot pans, helping the mixer operator scale buckets, and stacking pans.· Took an immediate interest in learning equipment operation and often worked additional shifts to expand knowledge of processes.
