CurrentReal Estate valuation and advisory for national and international clients including investment funds, international and financial groups, occupiers and banks:- Valuation/Acquisition and Due Diligence consultancy in respect of a variety of properties and mortgage lending purposes.-Running financial models for real estate/alternative investments-Developing Discounted Cash Flows over the life of the investment, Income Capitalisation Consultancy projects, estimating the potential value of an asset (calculating stabilised NOl, cap rates and IRR)- Real Estate portfolio valuation and analysis for distressed loan acquisition and credit purchase on behalf of international investors and funds.- Annual and quarterly asset valuations of portfolios, including shopping centers, offices, industrial warehouses among others.
