This was part of a corporate effort that avoided a $1 million monthly penalty for non-deliverance.Led a project team that implemented an electronic processing function for expense reimbursements realizing a $200,000 per year savings in mailing, processing costs, and staff allocation.Directed a project to reduce maintenance expense and eliminate 10 manual processes which realized a $50,000 per year savings.Assembled and directed a staff of technical personnel which certified 10 medium to large computer systems for Year 2000 processing.
