I oversee all six locations of New Dimension Comics as well as run the 3 Rivers Comicon in Pittsburgh, Pa.

• Coaching Store Managers to meet their monthly sales goals. • Successfully help mentor Store Managers to keep their cost of goods to an acceptable percent compared to their sales. • Set up and oversee multiple in store events such as: Free Comic Book Day, artist signings, Free Graphic Novel Day, etc. • Manage and coordinate rotation stock transfers per the needs of the stores in a quarterly time schedule. • I opened our 6th location from the ground up in November 2015. I hired staff, set up the store floor plan, and utilized aspects successful aspects of the other stores as a guideline.• I run team activities such as store meetings and training session in the following: Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, Customer Service, Merchandising, Creating Flyers and Signage, Inventory Control, Scheduling, Facilitating Store Events.• I am responsible for transfer of product between stores while operating company vehicles by traveling to major Comic Conventions for both vending and outreach to artists and other vendors. • I oversee outside purchases of Product for both single and company wide locations. • Revamped the company website to a cleaner format in order to make it more customer friendly and easier to navigate using wordpress. • I successfully worked with a team of others to reach out to artists and vendors, secure a venue, and line up an online ticket vendor for the first 3 Rivers Comicon. Through this we exceeded the average Pittsburgh first year convention attendance numbers by 30%.
