Interfacing with over fifty rental properties for property management company: liaison with vendors, on site service to tenants for emergency repairs and ongoing maintenance of properties. Year round maintenance of facility, includingheating/cooling system, generators, swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, and parking structure. Make sureall permits are in compliance and up-to-date. Provide excellent customer service to all tenants at thecomplex. Create and send check requests to accounting department as well as expense reports.Liaise with tenants, members and guests to offer support and assistance with any matter pertaining to thefacility. Manage all special events, including sourcing and coordinating with outside vendors andentertainment, marketing, safety compliance and guest services during the event.

Provide musical direction and editorial content for New York City radio station, including weekly musicalprogram, “Bring Out Your Dead”.
