Interview supervisors, witnesses, and other involved parties to assist in the preparation of a response to the charge. Provides assistance to legal counsel in responding to complaints and third-party proceedings, including Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), NY State or City Dept. of Human Rights Charges, NLRB charges. -Training – Researches, develops, designs, and presents training programs/sessions.
